One-to-one coaching

I can provide one day of coaching to work with you and develop your driving over one day at an agreed venue.

This could be at a dedicated race circuit, airfield or test facility, either on a ‘pubic’ organised trackday with other drivers, a quieter semi-exclusive day with a smaller number of cars or even on an exclusive hire of the facility.

This could be in your own car or I can arrange to hire a dedicated track car to use for the day (for an additional fee).

The day would include:

Introduction of the venue & technique

A discussion on what you wish to achieve short and perhaps longer term

Slow lap demonstration of the racing line & technique

Observation & initial diagnosis of your technique core strengths and opportunities

Sessions continuing through the day, based upon the number available and taking into account your energy and concentration levels

Progress sheet, detailing your journey through the day, useful for your own post event distillation & for future reference

Video/data logging usage - if relevant on the day - and to take home should you wish (rental fee including basic cost of the memory card/stick applies)

A verbal and written debrief, including future plan suggestions if relevant
